The doctors and staff at Willow Creek Dentistry are proud to offer some of the finest dental care available today. We are pleased to provide a number of financial arrangements to make attaining this level of care possible. As a service to our patients, we offer the following payment options:
- Cash or Check: For patients without dental insurance, we are pleased to offer an adjustment of 5% if payment is made in full at the time of service with cash or check.
- Credit Cards: We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Extended Financing: While we do not provide payment plans directly through the office, we do offer financing through Care Credit, which may offer deferred interest rates for qualified patients.

Insurance
We are committed to helping our patients maximize insurance benefits, and we will gladly submit all claims to insurance companies on our patients’ behalf. Any difference between the fees charged and the insurance benefit provided is the responsibility of the patient. We are a participating provider with Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield, we routinely treat patients with other insurances and will submit claims to any commercial insurance company.
For those patients without dental insurance, payment is requested at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
